Anyone else had a problem with time codes?
Just purchased a time code and activated it which added 60 days to my account, the renewal date was 22nd February 2010. Just gone to log into EVE with my main account and it's been suspended.
Check the account details page and yep not showing anything now!!!! Bloody annoying, posted a petition but was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Mine states 'Expired', also glad that I have a second otherwise I would have been buggered for raising the petition!
I need it sorting CCP... I'm already getting the shakes!!!

I wonder how many people this has actually happened too, due to the fact that if you are not subscribed you can't post here or make a petition.
Seriously, pretty big issue.
Seeing as CCP are unable to highlight this issue I've changed the topic, keep bumping to make paying customers aware.

Bit of a fear monger eh? The glitch seems to be from using a gtc on the account page so just turn your gtc into plex and apply them ingame. Granted it won't work for an account that is already suspended but will save you some greif in you catch it before.

And still no answer to something that I've paid for.
Do I use the Credit Card and add another month? To be fair I don't see why I should when I've already got 2 1/2 months paid for.
And still no update / news from CCP within this site about the problem.

completely off topic but how did you post on the forums with an inactive account? I have wondered that for years, anytime my account runs out I can't log in to post.
Aye as Washell stated I have two accounts, erm yeah hehe one at the moment

Being an impatient sod I decided to re-activate the account with my Credit Card, but guess what...
We are sorry but you can not update your payment details unless you have less than 30 days playtime remaining on your current subscription.

I have never had a problem when using GTC's, it is to be expected when there are a few hundred thousand accounts active that there will from time to time be issues like this, still no need to start making threads with that kind of **** in the title.
Also, petitions can still be made if you don't have an account or it has expired on this site, or by email to [email protected].
Actually this is a major bug at the moment, with NO info about it from CCP, so yeah I'll keep the title thanks.
And guess what still not resolved, quite lucky really that not every business has the same response times as CCP.

Yep. Over 24 hours now with my main stuck in limbo. You can't even log in with it to make a petition. With no email confirmation on non-account petitions it makes me wonder how long it'll take. Come on CCP... this just makes me sad.
As someone mentioned two or three posts ago you can make petitions with the account, go to petitions and below the log in details there is a link, only noticed that after the chap above posted that we could.
Not sure whether or not to make a petition with the actual account, just don't want to add another to their log though... might crash or something ;)
